Ingenious Design, Accurate and Reliable

Stable Structure:

The steel structure frame is sturdy and durable. The combustion device, control box, and gas distribution cabinet are separated, ensuring flexible laboratory layout and safe operation.

Professional Combustion System:

Utilizes a 500mm propane ribbon burner torch with three rows of staggered air holes (1.32mm diameter) and a Venturi mixing device to ensure a uniform and stable flame.

Equipped with a high-precision flow meter, pressure regulator, and solenoid valve, gas control is precise, safe, and reliable.

Intelligent Temperature Control:

Dual thermocouples monitor the flame temperature (750±50°C) in real time, with adjustable positions. Data is fed back to the control system to ensure consistent test conditions.

User-Friendly Operation:

Supports both manual panel control and computer software-based automatic control, with full test process recording for convenient and efficient operation.
