Realistic Walking Simulation: The machine’s powerful drive system forces an adjustable plate to oscillate at a constant frequency of 140 cycles per minute. Combined with a user-adjustable flexing angle of up to 50°, it accurately mimics the dynamic flexing motion of footwear during a natural walking gait.

Integrated Wet and Dry Condition Testing: Go beyond standard mechanical stress tests. This unit features a built-in water container and a small pump connected to the workstation. This allows you to continuously wet the sole of the sample, providing an essential test for water penetration resistance and the durability of adhesives and sole bonds in adverse weather conditions, in accordance with SATRA TM77.

 

Precision Control and Automation: A digital, predetermining cycle counter allows you to set the exact number of flexes for each test. Once the target is reached, the machine stops automatically, enabling standardized testing and freeing up operator time.
