Introduction

The Alcohol Abrasion Resistance Tester is designed to evaluate the wear resistance of printed, coated, or plated surfaces on various consumer electronic products and plastic components. It is widely used for mobile phones, keyboards, computers, cameras, MP3 players, home appliances, cables, and other injection-molded parts.

The tester simulates repeated rubbing under controlled load, speed, and stroke. It supports friction media such as alcohol-soaked cotton, erasers, and other standard rubbing materials. The machine adopts a variable cam mechanism with a precision ball-bearing drive to ensure smooth reciprocating motion, stable friction force, and consistent abrasion results.
