Introduction

The device is a practical test method for rainfall, applicable to clothing products, including waterproof cloth. It is used for measuring the wet-ability of the surface of the sample used in the natural rain, the amount of water absorbed, and the outflow rate of the permeated fabric, and evaluating the water repellency.

The instrument consists of a rainfall portion and a test driving portion.
