Introduction

Automatic series drop hammer impact testing machine is suitable for all kinds of pipes (PVC a U water pipe, sewage pipe, low pressure water pipe, low pressure water pipe, core layer foam pipe, double wall bellows, PE water pipe, communication pipe) and hard plastic sheet, profiles, auto parts of the external impact performance measurement. It is a kind of test instrument used to evaluate the impact resistance of materials. The lifting height is displayed by the touch screen, which is intuitive and accurate. The product design fully meets the standard requirements of ZBN72026 “Technical Conditions of drop hammer impact testing machine”.

Features

The testing machine adheres to the excellent design concept, adopts imported and military components, the hammer is made of scratch resistant steel to extend the service life, adopts PLC control, touch screen display impact height, with automatic suction hammer, automatic zero, automatic lifting, automatic lifting hammer to the preset height, prevent secondary impact (capture rate 100%) and other functions. The special control panel and display screen equipped with the machine can meet the operation and display requirements required by the user test, such as display instant information, real-time display height and running speed, impact height setting, etc. The system also has power failure protection function. It has the advantages of automatic control of height, display and drop hammer.

In order to meet the requirements of GBT14152-2001 (after the sample is pretreated at 0℃, the requirement of 20 seconds from taking out the sample to completing the impact), the automatic drop hammer program is adopted after the experiment is started. The equipment has the advantages of simple and convenient operation, safe and reliable, small machine height, easy installation, labor saving and so on.
