Introduction
The finished shoe flexing tester is used to mount completed footwear onto the machine. The tester drives the flexing section of the shoe to repeatedly bend according to the shoe’s natural flexing angle and a fixed test speed. After reaching a preset time or a specified number of flex cycles, the damage condition of the flexing area is observed to complete the evaluation.
The shoe’s flex resistance is assessed based on the number of flex cycles completed without damage or the severity of damage after completing the specified number of cycles.
