Introduction
The geotechnical synthetic material comprehensive testing instrument is used for testing the mechanical properties of geotechnical synthetic materials and the characteristics of soil-fabric interaction. It can perform mechanical tests on the geotechnical material itself, such as strip tensile testing, grip tensile testing, tear testing, CBR puncture testing, and penetration testing; and also direct shear friction testing and pull-out testing for soil-fabric interaction.
Application
It is used to determine the bursting strength of geotextiles, geomembranes and geocomposite materials composed of geotextiles and geomembranes. The specimen is clamped on the elastic diaphragm, the liquid pressure is applied under the diaphragm to expand the diaphragm and the specimen, and the liquid volume is increased at a constant speed until the specimen is broken, and the bursting strength and bursting degree are measured at this time. In the absence of a sample, the burst strength of the expanded film is measured when it reaches the burst height with a sample, and the difference between the two is the burst strength of the sample.
