Test Procedures

Select the head form: According to the standard, use head form #1 when the wearing height is ≤85mm; use head form #2 when the wearing height is >85mm.

Install the digital scale: Fix the digital scale to the selected head form using the provided mounting holes.

Zero the scale: Pull the digital scale to the bottom and press the zero button.

Adjust the measuring caliper: Measure the distance between the side straps of the helmet and adjust the measuring caliper to the appropriate length.

Wear the helmet: Place the helmet normally on the selected head form.

Read the value: Pull the digital scale until the measuring caliper touches the side straps, and read the value B1.

Calculate the wearing height: Subtract B1 from 280 to obtain the helmet wearing height.
