H2 Anthropomorphic Test Device Dummy – Pelvis and legs is the perfect form for ingress / egress seat testing. It has all closed joints and two lower thigh hard mounting points for externally activating the legs. And, it is available for either rental or purchase from our inventory.

We can also repair and/or rebuild your existing manikin. We also offer a trade-in credit for your old manikin once the soft joints have split apart or the internal foam has broken down.

These Manikins need to be periodically tested for overuse and fatigue.

JSAE Adjustable Ballast Dummy

JSAE Adjustable Ballast Dummy is constructed of one SAE JSAE Back Form and one JSAE Butt Form, with a pivot joint at the H-point.

The adjustable angle is controlled with a turnbuckle. The H-point pin and turnbuckle pin are removable. The bottom fixture and torso centerline have multiple shaft locations for additional weights to be added.

Adjustable Ballast Dummy Features:

Mechanical components are constructed of non-corrosive Aluminum and Solid Stainless Steel

Pivoting fixture utilizes turnbuckle to adjust angle

Base weight of fixture is approximately 65 lbs.

Five weight shafts allow for adding various weight configurations

SAE J1454 Compliant Off Road Butt Form is made of machined aluminum and can be provided with mounting holes, or fixtures to meet specific testing needs. The SAE J1454 Compliant Off Road Butt Form is suitable for use with our Jounce machines (with, or without squirm), IFD (UTM) machines, or other applications.

SAE J826 Butt Form with Rolled Hips

The SAE J826 Butt Form with Rolled Hips is in compliance with the American FMVSS, SAE J826 standard, and made of cast aluminum.

They are available with or without mounting brackets at an additional cost. These forms can be used in conjunction with other physical test systems such as Jounce, Ingress/Egress, IFD/ILD, and Fatigue Testers.

SAE J826 Compliant Back Form conform to American standards for dimension, and are cast aluminum so that they are light weight. Brackets for mounting these forms are available either fixed or movable joints. The mounting holes and designed to match all of our seat testing equipment including 202a, FMVSS testers, fatigue, sequencer, Ingress/Egress, IFD, or Jounce Testers.

SAE J826 Compliant Butt Form

SAE J826 Compliant Butt Form conform to American standards for dimension, and are cast aluminum so that they are light weight. Brackets for mounting these forms are available either fixed or movable joints. The mounting holes and designed to match all of our seat testing equipment including 202a, FMVSS testers, fatigue, sequencer, Ingress/Egress, IFD, or Jounce Testers.

Also incorporated in these forms is the H-Point location, which is identified in the casting for positive location in your test set-up. This configuration does NOT have the rolled hips, which may be required for some special tests. Please see our SAE J826 Butt Form with Rolled Hips.
