Category:Manikin System
Introduction
The 5th Percentile Female SAE Butt Form is meticulously derived from the NHTSA Hybrid III Fifth Percentile Female Anthropomorphic Test Device (ATD), ensuring a high degree of accuracy for testing applications. Constructed from cast aluminum, this form strikes an optimal balance between lightweight design and robust durability, making it suitable for a variety of testing environments.
Ready for immediate use, the Butt Form features four M10x1.5 mounting holes, complemented by a precisely CNC machined mounting surface. This attention to detail facilitates seamless integration with various testing apparatuses. The form is available as a standalone unit, with options for custom mounting brackets and holes, catering to specific needs related to Fatigue, Indentation Force Deflection (IFD)/Universal Testing Machine (UTM), Ingress/Egress, or Jounce Testers.
For those requiring tailored solutions, custom mounting brackets can be requested, ensuring that the form meets the unique specifications of your testing setup. This adaptability underscores the form’s versatility, making it an invaluable asset for researchers and engineers alike.
