Introduction
The 10-Station Torsion Spring Fatigue Testing Machine consists of a servo motor, precision transmission system, computer control and display system, and other components. It is suitable for fatigue life testing of various torsion springs, spiral springs, clock springs, and other torsional spring components.The servo speed control system controls the motor operation according to commands from the computer, enabling clockwise and counterclockwise rotation to perform reciprocating torsional fatigue tests on spiral springs and torsion springs.The machine is pollution-free and highly efficient, featuring a wide frequency adjustment range and spacious testing area. With appropriate fixtures, it can perform fatigue tests on torsion springs of different specifications.The computer-controlled system provides automatic shutdown when the preset number of test cycles is reached and automatic shutdown when the spring force or torque decreases to the specified value.
