Introduction

The Air Spring Fatigue Testing Machine adopts a microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo drive system to provide precise reciprocating loading for air springs. The machine performs repeated compression and extension tests on air springs with a maximum loading force of 80 kN, using a test frequency of 3 Hz and an amplitude of half of the allowable maximum compression value to simulate actual working conditions.Controlled by a computer system, the equipment can perform both dynamic fatigue tests and static performance tests. It features stable performance, high control accuracy, low failure rate, and reliable operation, making it suitable for fatigue life evaluation and performance verification of air springs used in vehicles and suspension systems.

Applications

Used for static performance, dynamic fatigue, durability, and air tightness testing of various air springs. Widely applied in automotive suspension systems, railway vehicles, commercial vehicles, air spring manufacturers, and research laboratories for performance evaluation and reliability verification.
