Introduction

The equipment adopts a modular design. The detection section uses advanced  sensors and high-precision A/D conversion circuits. The main control section  adopts multiple industrial-grade, high-reliability 16-bit RISC architecture  microprocessors with ultra-low power consumption. Reliable communication  integrates all modules into a unified and stable measurement and control  platform.

The operating program adopts a high-quality and streamlined modular software  design, organically integrated with the hardware system, enabling fully  automatic operation of the entire kinematic viscosity testing process, including  automatic heating, constant temperature control, liquid level detection, timing,  capillary tube cleaning, and printing. It achieves one-key operation for result  output.

The instrument is preset with two sets of measurement parameters for  different sample types. These parameters are user-adjustable to meet special  testing requirements. The built-in self-diagnosis function ensures long-term  continuous and reliable operation.
