Automotive Connector Torsion Testing Machine
Category:Torsion Testing Machine
Introduction
The Automotive Connector Torsion Testing Machine is suitable for testing the torsional mechanical performance of finished and semi-finished automotive connectors, fasteners, and other related products. It can also be used for torsional failure and other performance tests of materials and manufactured products.
The tested parts are installed between fixtures with adjustable spacing, allowing the machine to accommodate torsional mechanical performance testing of different specimens.
The testing machine uses computer-controlled operation. The software synchronously displays torque-time, torsion angle-time, torque-torsion angle, torque-angle, and other curves. It also displays angle, torque, peak torque, and other parameters in real time. Test results can be stored and printed.
Application
The Automotive Connector Torsion Testing Machine is mainly used for:
(1) Automotive connector torsion testing
(2) Automotive fastener torsion testing
(3) Finished automotive component torsion testing
(4) Semi-finished automotive component torsion testing
(5) Material torsional failure testing
(6) Manufactured product torsional failure testing
(7) Automotive component torsional mechanical performance evaluation
