Introduction
The Screwdriver Bit Torsion Testing Machine is a specialized testing device designed to evaluate the torsional mechanical properties of screwdriver bits, which are tool bits mounted on electric drills, screwdrivers, and other fastening tools for driving screws. Working Principle
The machine uses a computer-controlled AC servo system for torsional loading. An AC servo motor and reducer drive the active chuck to rotate and apply controlled torsional force to the test specimen.
A high-precision torque sensor and photoelectric encoder are used to measure torque and torsion angle, providing accurate test data.
