Application

Description Details
Combustion chamber design The combustion chamber is formed as a whole cube by fixing appropriate materials on angle iron supports.
Inner dimensions 3m x 3m x 3m, totaling 27 cubic meters. It can be either a brick – wall structure or a steel – plate structure, subject to customer choice.
Sample holder The sample is supported by two or three metal rings with an inner diameter of approximately 150mm.
Combustion device
– Burner A band – type propane gas burner with a Venturi mixer, having a nominal length of 500mm and a width of 15mm.
– Flow meters Air flow meter: 80L/min; Propane flow meter: 5L/min.
– Burner control system components Pressure – regulating valve, piezoelectric igniter, flame – out device, temperature – controlling thermocouple, gas source (to be provided by your company), regulating valve, ignition device, gas pipeline, flow meter, Venturi mixer, burner, ball valve, air pipeline, compressed air cylinder (to be provided by your company).
– Timer Can be set arbitrarily from 0 to 99.99s/m/h.
– Ignition device Automatic ignition.
– Temperature controller Composed of two temperature – monitoring sections, with a temperature range that can be set arbitrarily from 0 to 1000℃.
Circuit load
– Test transformers Three 3000VA transformers.
– Test voltage AC1000V.
– Test current 3A.
