Introduction

The Clutch Torsional Fatigue Testing Bench is mainly designed for the torsional durability, torsional fatigue, torsional torque, torsion cycles, and torsion frequency performance testing of mechanical clutches and electromagnetic clutch driven disc assemblies.

The system consists of a loading system, transmission system, digital data acquisition and processing system, and computer measurement, control, and display system.

It is suitable for torsional mechanical performance testing of various clutches and related components.

The machine adopts computer control and screen display, equipped with a digital data acquisition and control system and a full digital AC servo system.

It adopts a planetary reducer transmission system, featuring uniform loading, stable operation, no impact during testing, and accurate data acquisition and control.

Features

It can be used for torsional durability testing of various types and specifications of mechanical and electromagnetic clutches.

Single-direction torsion: 0 to a specified angle (torque).

Bidirectional torsion: -specified angle (torque) → 0 → +specified angle (torque).

Torsion angle loading with torque monitoring, and generation of corresponding curves.
