Component Torque Testing Machine
Category:Torsion Testing Machine
Introduction
The Component Torque Testing Machine is mainly used for static torsional mechanical performance testing of semi-finished and finished components. The test specimen is installed between fixtures with adjustable spacing. The machine can measure the torsion angle corresponding to a specified torque and the torque corresponding to a specified torsion angle.
The machine can automatically generate test curves and test reports, with functions for data storage and printing. It uses an AC servo motor and precision reducer for transmission, providing uniform and stable loading without impact and accurate data acquisition and control.
The operating software can display the specimen’s torque T, torsion angle θ, and test speed V. A specified torsion angle can be set for multi-point testing of torque and corresponding angle. The specimen can also be twisted until fracture to determine one or more torsional mechanical properties, with detailed test data reports available for printing.
Application
The Component Torque Testing Machine is mainly suitable for static torsional testing of:
(1) Automotive components
(2) Clutches
(3) Pulleys
(4) Driveshafts
(5) Camshafts
(6) Tensioners
(7) Other semi-finished and finished components
It can be used for specified-torque, specified-angle, multi-point, and fracture torsion tests according to the testing requirements.
