The Disc Spring Sorting Testing Machine is designed for accurate measurement and automatic sorting of disc springs based on their mechanical performance.The machine can precisely measure the static compression strength of disc springs under compressed conditions and evaluate their ability to withstand static loads, such as measuring the load generated at a specified deformation.It can also determine key performance parameters including spring stiffness (elastic modulus), maximum deformation, and residual deformation. The equipment supports testing the force at a specified deformation or measuring the remaining height/deformation under a specified test force.By setting the qualified range of spring force or height parameters, the machine can automatically perform force-based or height-based sorting, improving inspection efficiency and ensuring consistent product quality. Main Structure and Functions

Main Frame:

Drive System:

Composed of an AC servo speed controller and servo motor, providing stable power output and driving the testing system.

Measurement and Control System:

The test force measurement and control system consists of a high-precision load cell, signal amplifier, and related components. The displacement measurement system uses a photoelectric encoder to achieve computer-based display, control, data acquisition, and processing functions.
