Drill Bit Torsional Breaking Force Tester
Category:Torsion Testing Machine
Introduction
The Drill Bit Torsional Breaking Force Tester is mainly used for torsion performance testing of drill bits and various metal and non-metal materials.A drill bit is a cutting tool used to create through holes or blind holes in solid materials and to enlarge existing holes. Common types of drill bits include twist drills, flat drills, center drills, deep hole drills, and core drills.
Application
The tester is widely used for torsion testing of welding joints, spring steel, steel wire ropes, steel wires, electrical wires, cables, and other metal and non-metal materials. It can obtain performance parameters such as maximum torque, torsional strength, upper yield strength, and lower yield strength.
The Manual Material Torsion Testing Machine performs torsion tests through manual loading. It uses a high-precision torque sensor to measure torque, a photoelectric encoder to measure rotation angle, and digital display to show test results. It is mainly suitable for research institutions, universities, colleges, and mechanical laboratories of industrial and mining enterprises for determining the torsional properties of materials.
