Introduction

The Driveshaft Torsion & Fatigue Testing Machine is designed for torsion and torsional fatigue testing of automotive driveshafts, constant velocity joints, and related drivetrain components. The machine applies controlled torque or cyclic torsional loading while measuring torque, torsion angle, speed, and test cycles. Test data and torque-angle curves can be recorded, analyzed, stored, and exported for product development and quality control.

Application

The machine is suitable for:

(1) Automotive driveshafts and propeller shafts

(2) Constant velocity joints (CV joints)

(3) Drivetrain and transmission components

(4) Static torsion strength testing

(5) Torsional stiffness and failure testing

(6) Torsional fatigue and cyclic loading tests

(7) Automotive component development and quality inspection
