Fastener Torsion Testing Machine
Category:Torsion Testing Machine
Introduction
The Fastener Torsion Testing Machine is designed for static torsional mechanical performance testing of fasteners, bolts, studs, screws, nuts, welding studs, and other threaded components. The system consists of a loading system, transmission system, digital data acquisition and processing system, computer measurement and control system, and test fixtures.
It can measure torque, torsional strength, torsion angle, and the torque-torsion angle relationship, while generating torque-torsion angle, torque-time, and torsion angle-time curves. Multiple test curves can also be overlaid and compared for analysis and reporting.
Application
The Fastener Torsion Testing Machine is suitable for:
(1) Bolts
(2) Studs
(3) Screws
(4) Nuts
(5) Welding studs
(6) Other threaded fasteners
Typical applications include:
(1) Static torsional performance testing
(2) Torque testing
(3) Torsional strength testing
(4) Torsion angle measurement
(5) Torque-torsion angle relationship analysis
(6) Failure and quality testing of fasteners
(7) Comparative analysis of multiple test curves

Features
(1) Comprehensive Testing System – Integrates loading, transmission, data acquisition, computer control, measurement, and fixtures into one testing system.
(2) Low Axial Constraint – The movable chuck uses a precision heavy-duty guide rail to reduce additional axial force on the specimen during testing.
(3) Continuous Loading – Supports continuous loading and load holding at the required load level.
(4) Stable Loading – The system is designed to operate without significant impact or vibration, providing stable readings during testing.
(5) Multiple Curve Analysis – Supports torque-torsion angle, torque-time, and torsion angle-time curves.
(6) Curve Comparison – Multiple test curves can be overlaid for direct comparison and analysis.
(7) Wide Torque Range – Configurations from 10 Nm to 2000 Nm are available, with customization options.
(8) Bidirectional Testing – Supports torsional loading in both rotational directions.
