Introduction
The Horizontal Computer-Controlled Spring Torsion Testing Machine is mainly used for torsional mechanical performance testing. Test specimens are installed between adjustable fixtures, allowing the machine to accommodate specimens of different sizes and perform torsional mechanical property tests.The testing machine is computer-controlled and can acquire data such as torque, peak torque, rotation angle, and test curves. The software can display torque-time, torsion angle-time, and torque-angle curves. It also supports test data storage, data retrieval, and test report printing.
Product Description
This series of testing machines is specially designed and manufactured in accordance with national spring testing standards. It is used to evaluate the mechanical properties of springs and meets the testing requirements for helical springs.
The computer-controlled system can automatically complete the entire cyclic testing process of a spring or independently measure specific spring parameters. Test reports can be generated and printed. Test programs can be adjusted according to actual testing requirements, providing convenient and simple operation.
The main unit and fixtures incorporate advanced technology and design concepts, featuring an attractive structure, convenient operation, stable performance, and reliable operation. The computer system controls the motor through the SpringTestStart controller and speed control system. After speed reduction through the transmission system, the torsion disc drives the torsion spring to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise. The system displays test force, angle, and curves on the computer screen and performs tests of the specimen’s torsion angle, deformation, torque, and other mechanical properties.
System Configuration
Main Unit: Frame-type horizontal structure.
Transmission System: Consists of a motor, drive, reduction system, precision guide columns, linear bearings, and guide components.
Force Measurement System: Consists of a high-precision force sensor, AD chip, and related components.
Angle Measurement System: Consists of a high-precision photoelectric rotary encoder.
Measurement and Control System:
Torque Measurement and Control: High-precision torque sensor, measurement amplifier, A/D converter, regulated power supply, etc.
Displacement Measurement and Control: Photoelectric encoder, frequency-multiplication and shaping circuit, counting circuit, etc.
Various signal processing functions enable computer-based display, control, and data processing.
Safety Protection System: Specimen-break detection and automatic shutdown, overload protection, overcurrent protection, and overvoltage protection.
Testing Functions
Measures the corresponding torque (M) at a specified spring rotation angle (S) to determine whether the spring meets the specified requirements.
Measures the corresponding torque (M) based on the spring deformation (ΔS) to determine whether the spring meets the specified requirements.
