The Hydraulic Shock Absorber Test Bench is mainly used to test the performance of various types of hydraulic shock absorbers used in railway passenger cars and locomotives. It can evaluate whether the hydraulic shock absorber meets the specified requirements and determine product qualification.The test bench is suitable for testing hydraulic shock absorbers used in all types of large track maintenance machines and rail vehicles, including vertical hydraulic dampers and lateral hydraulic dampers. It is capable of measuring the relevant performance data of hydraulic shock absorbers under high-speed and high-frequency operating conditions, including the force-displacement (F-S) characteristic curve and force-velocity (F-V) characteristic curve of unloading force (damping force).The system features high-precision hydraulic loading, automatic control, and real-time data acquisition and analysis functions, providing reliable testing results for product quality inspection, maintenance, and research applications.
