Introduction

The Magnetic Coupling Torsional Stiffness Testing Machine is designed to evaluate the torque transmission and torsional performance of magnetic couplings under static and dynamic operating conditions. The system consists of a loading system, transmission system, data acquisition and processing system, and control and display system.

It can measure torque, torsion angle, and rotational speed while displaying torque-time, torsion angle-time, and torque-angle curves in real time. The system can be configured for different torque capacities and test speeds, making it suitable for magnetic coupling development, performance verification, production inspection, and quality control.

Application

(1) Magnetic Coupling Torque Testing

Evaluate the torque transmission capacity of magnetic couplings and verify whether the design meets specified requirements.

(2) Torsional Stiffness Testing

Measure the relationship between transmitted torque and torsion angle to evaluate torsional stiffness and deformation behavior.

(3) Static Torque Testing

Evaluate torque characteristics under static or low-speed loading conditions.

(4) Dynamic Torque Testing

Measure torque transmission performance under different rotational speeds and loading conditions.

(5) Performance and Reliability Evaluation

Assess torque transmission stability and repeatability under specified operating conditions.

(6) Production Quality Control

Verify the performance consistency of magnetic couplings during manufacturing and final inspection.

(7) R&D and Academic Research

Provide torque, angle, and rotational-speed data for magnetic coupling development and performance optimization.

(8) Typical Industries

Suitable for magnetic coupling applications in machinery, automotive, marine, aerospace, and petrochemical industries.
