Introduction

Y/T 0471.5-2017 is a newly updated standard, which specifies the experimental method for evaluating the bacteria-inhibiting performance of the contact wound materials claimed to have bacteria-inhibiting performance. The bacteria-inhibiting test device can simultaneously meet the four test methods of wet bacteria-inhibiting, dry bacteria-inhibiting, semi-wet (dry outside and wet inside) bacteria-inhibiting, and semi-wet (wet outside and dry inside) bacteria-inhibiting.

Standard

EN 15194 : Cycles – Electrically power assisted cycles – EPAC Bicycles

ISO 4210: Cycles – Safety requirements for bicycles

UL 2849: Standard for Electric Bicycles and Electric Scoooters

ECE R50: Uniform provisions concerning the approval of front position lamps, rear position lamps, stop lamps, direction indicators and rear-registration-plate illuminating devices for vehicles of category L

Accessoriess

Two hemispherical glass devices,

two glass plugs,

two gooseneck glass tubes.

Principle

The sample was placed between two collets of a hemispherical glassware, a certain amount of standard bacterial solution was added to one side of the ware, and liquid medium was added to the other side, and the turbidity in the liquid medium was checked after a certain period of time

Or scrape the liquid to check for bacterial growth.

Features

Goniophotometer: A precise instrument for measuring light intensity distribution in 3D space, essential for analyzing beam patterns and obtaining luminous intensity data.

Integrating Sphere: Used for measuring total luminous flux (lumens) and other integral photometric quantities, often with a spectroradiometer for color properties.

Photometers/Lux Meters: High-accuracy instruments for measuring illuminance at specific points or areas.

Programmable DC Power Supply: To provide stable and controllable power to the e-bike lighting device, simulating various battery conditions.

Electrical Measurement Unit: For measuring voltage, current, power consumption, and electrical efficiency of the lighting device.

Environmental Test Chambers: Chambers for simulating conditions such as extreme temperature, humidity, thermal shock, and salt spray.

Dust and Water Ingress Test Chambers: To evaluate the lighting device’s IP (Ingress Protection) rating (e.g., IP6X, IPX7).

Vibration and Shock Test Systems: To assess the mechanical robustness and durability of the lighting device under typical e-bike operating conditions.

Control Software and Data Acquisition: Comprehensive software for automating test procedures, collecting data, analyzing results, and generating reports.

Fixture and Mounting: Adjustable fixtures to securely mount various types and sizes of e-bike lighting devices for testing.
