Introduction

The Computer-Controlled Torsional Fatigue Testing Machine is designed to perform torsional fatigue life testing of metal and non-metal materials, automotive components, fasteners, torsion shafts, torque tools, torsion springs, and other torsion-loaded components.During testing, the specimen is installed between adjustable fixtures, allowing the equipment to accommodate specimens with different sizes and perform torsional mechanical fatigue life tests under various conditions.The machine adopts a computer-controlled system for operation and data processing. It can collect and analyze parameters such as torque, peak torque, torsion angle, and test curves. The display system provides real-time test curves, including torque-time, torsion angle-time, torque amplitude-cycle, and deformation amplitude-cycle curves.

Application

The system also supports test data storage, retrieval, and automatic generation and printing of test reports. It is widely used in quality supervision, metrology and inspection, commercial inspection, metallurgy, aerospace, nuclear industry, military equipment, automotive, construction, and building materials industries.
