Introduction

The Multi-station Fatigue Testing Machine adjusts the amplitude and frequency according to the technical requirements of different specimens, and is used for compression, tensile, bending, fracture, high-frequency, low-frequency, low-cycle, and high-cycle fatigue life tests of various components, including springs, elastomers, spring plates, shock absorbers, automotive components, plastic parts, rubber parts, structural components, and medical stents.The machine supports computer control or tablet touch control, and can perform both static force testing and fatigue life testing on one device. It adopts a LCD Chinese character display, where test cycles and frequency can be programmed according to requirements and completed automatically.The preset test cycles enable automatic shutdown after completion. It features simple and fast button operation. The machine uses a motor and reducer connected to a cam mechanism to drive the connecting rod for reciprocating motion, realizing cyclic loading tests.
