Introduction
The Pulley Torsional Fatigue Testing Machine consists of a loading system, transmission system, digital data acquisition and processing system, and computer measurement, control, and display system.The machine is designed for torsional mechanical performance testing of various types of pulleys, including die-cast pulleys, vulcanized pulleys, integrated pulleys, timing pulleys, and other belt pulley components.The equipment adopts a horizontal structure with computer control, screen display, digital data acquisition and control system, and a full digital AC servo system. It uses a planetary reducer transmission system, featuring uniform loading, stable operation, no impact during testing, and high-precision data acquisition and control.
