Introduction
The Railway Locomotive Spring Testing Machine is specially designed for mechanical performance testing of high-speed railway springs, railway vehicle springs, locomotive springs, large wire diameter springs, and air springs.The machine is capable of testing the axial load, lateral displacement, lateral force, and lateral stiffness of the primary and secondary suspension coil springs used in CRH series high-speed electric locomotives.The entire testing process is controlled by a computer system and completed automatically. The equipment can automatically analyze parameters such as bending direction and stiffness values, and generate and print axial load–deformation (deflection) curves and lateral force–lateral displacement curves.It features high testing accuracy, automatic data processing, convenient operation, and reliable performance, making it suitable for railway vehicle manufacturers, spring manufacturers, and quality inspection laboratories.
