Introduction

The Rubber Bushing Dynamic and Static Stiffness Test Bench is a specialized testing system designed to evaluate the static stiffness, dynamic stiffness, and fatigue performance of rubber bushings and other rubber vibration-isolation components.The equipment adopts an electro-hydraulic servo control system with computer measurement and control technology. It can simulate the actual working conditions of rubber components and perform static tensile, static compression, dynamic stiffness, and long-term fatigue tests to evaluate the mechanical properties, durability, and service reliability of rubber components.

Features

The test bench adopts an electro-hydraulic servo system with computer-based measurement and control. It can simulate the vertical working conditions of the specimen and perform fatigue tests on rubber samples for more than one million cycles (10⁶ cycles).

The machine can perform dynamic and static stiffness tests on rubber components.
