Spray Aerosol Enclosed Space Tester
Category:Other
Introduction
Aerosol spray enclosed space test instrument is used to assess flammability of the aerosol in a closed or restricted space. It is in line with the United Nations “on the Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods • Manual of Tests and Criteria” 31.5 enclosed space ignition test and “dangerous sprays enclosed space ignition test methods.”
Instrument consists of two parts, the display control section, the detection system composed of a cylindrical container body detection system, built-in light sensors and high-precision thermocouple sensor automatically determine whether knocking occurred. The operator can monitor the entire testing process through the display control section LCD screen.

FAQ
1. What is a Spray Aerosol Enclosed Space Tester used for?
It is used to evaluate aerosol dispersion, containment, and filtration efficiency within enclosed spaces, providing critical data for safety and environmental control studies.
2. Which materials or systems can be tested?
The tester can assess enclosures, protective equipment, filters, ventilation systems, and materials that interact with airborne particles or aerosols.
3. How does the Spray Aerosol Enclosed Space Tester work?
A controlled aerosol is generated and introduced into the chamber, while sensors measure particle concentration, distribution, and decay to determine containment or filtration performance.
4. What safety features are included?
It is equipped with chamber seals, emergency stops, protective shields, and interlocks to ensure safe operation during aerosol testing.
5. How should the tester be maintained?
Regular maintenance includes inspecting sensors and seals, cleaning the chamber and generator components after each test, calibrating sensors periodically, and storing the device in a dry, dust-free environment.
