Application
The Spring Fatigue Life Testing Machine is mainly used to perform fatigue life testing on various elastic components, including tension springs, compression springs, elastomers, wave springs, washers, leaf springs, disc springs, special-shaped springs, mold springs, rubber components, sealing parts, and other elastic elements.
By setting the test amplitude, test speed, and test cycles, the machine can automatically start the fatigue test. The test speed and cycle count are displayed in real time, and the equipment automatically stops when the preset number of test cycles is reached.
The machine features high integration, simple operation, low failure rate, stable and reliable performance. It is widely used in the spring manufacturing industry, rubber industry, industrial enterprises, research institutes, universities, and quality inspection organizations.
Features
The spring test amplitude and frequency can be adjusted according to technical requirements of different springs.
Equipped with an LCD display with Chinese characters. Test cycles and frequency can be programmed according to requirements for automatic operation.
The machine automatically stops when the preset number of test cycles is reached.
The motor and reducer drive the cam mechanism, which moves the connecting rod reciprocally to achieve tensile and compression movements of the spring specimen.
