Introduction

The Two-Station Spring Tension and Compression Fatigue Testing Machine is designed for fatigue life testing of various tension springs, compression springs, helical springs, shock absorber springs, and elastic components.

Application

The Two-Station Spring Tension and Compression Fatigue Testing Machine is mainly used for fatigue life testing of various elastic components, including tension springs, compression springs, helical springs, shock absorber springs, and sealing element springs.

The machine is widely applied in spring manufacturing, automotive shock absorber production, mechanical component industries, and research laboratories for durability evaluation and quality inspection.

It can adjust the test amplitude and frequency according to the technical requirements of different springs and elastic components. The LCD display allows presetting test cycles and frequency, enabling automatic test operation.

Driven by a motor, reducer, cam mechanism, and connecting rod structure, the machine generates reciprocating compression and extension movements to simulate actual working conditions of springs.
