Thrust Rod Fatigue Testing Machine
Category:Torsion Testing Machine
Introduction
The Thrust Rod Fatigue Testing Machine is a specialized testing device used to evaluate the static and dynamic mechanical properties, stiffness, fatigue life, and durability performance of automotive thrust rods and related components. It can perform tensile, compression, torsion, and fatigue tests under simulated loading conditions to assess the reliability and service life of components.
Standards
GB/T 2611 — General Requirements for Testing Machines
GB/T 3075 — Metal Materials — Fatigue Testing — Axial Force-Controlled Method
GB/T 16826 — Electro-hydraulic Servo Universal Testing Machines
QC/T 29096 — Technical Conditions for Automotive Suspension Components
Application
The Thrust Rod Fatigue Testing Machine (Multi-channel Optional) is mainly used for static and dynamic stiffness tests, tensile and compression fatigue tests, torsional fatigue tests, pull-out resistance tests, torsional pull-out resistance tests, axial tension and compression tests, radial compression tests, radial deflection tests, and axial torsion tests of straight thrust rods, V-type thrust rods, ball joints, rubber bushings, torsion rubber cores, rubber pads, and other materials and components.
By configuring corresponding fixtures and testing software, the machine can also be used for tensile, compression, bending, low-cycle fatigue, and high-cycle fatigue tests of various materials and components.
It is widely used in automotive components, vehicle manufacturers, construction machinery manufacturing, universities, research institutes, new product development, and testing organizations for mechanical performance evaluation and material testing.
