Introduction

The Valve Torsion Testing Machine, also known as a Valve Actuator Torsion Testing Machine, is mainly used for testing automatic valves and actuated valves, including ball valves, butterfly valves, gate valves, safety valves, globe valves, control valves, pressure reducing valves, throttle valves, and other valve products.

The tested specimen is installed between fixtures with adjustable spacing, allowing the machine to accommodate torsional mechanical performance testing of different specimens.

The Valve Actuator Torsion Testing Machine uses computer-controlled operation and can collect torque, peak torque, angle, curve, and other test data. The display shows torque-time, torsion angle-time, and torque-torsion angle curves. Test data can be stored, retrieved, and printed as test reports.
