Vertical Manual Spring Torque Testing Machine

The Vertical Manual Spring Torque Testing Machine is mainly used for torsional performance testing of various springs, including torsion springs, spiral springs, clock springs, ...

Introduction

The Vertical Manual Spring Torque Testing Machine is mainly used for torsional performance testing of various springs, including torsion springs, spiral springs, clock springs, and valve springs. It determines the torque at a specified rotation angle or the rotation angle at a specified torque, allowing accurate evaluation of the torsional characteristics of spring components. The machine can also be used to test the torsional performance of other elastic components and friction mechanisms. Manual operation allows the complete spring testing cycle to be performed conveniently, or individual parameters to be measured according to specific requirements. Test values can be recorded and printed as test reports.

Applications

Torsion springs

Spiral springs

Clock springs

Valve springs

Other elastic components

Friction mechanisms

Spring components used in electrical equipment and mechanical systems

It is suitable for spring manufacturers, electrical equipment manufacturers, power machinery manufacturers, universities, research institutes, and quality inspection laboratories.
