Structure and function

The Wheel Radial Load Fatigue Testing Machine mainly consists of the main machine, computer control unit, electrical control unit, and test fixtures. It simulates road conditions, and the excitation speed-regulating motor drives the drum to achieve stepless speed adjustment for testing under different driving speeds.

The loading bracket adopts low-friction linear components for transmission and is driven by a servo motor with closed-loop control. The load sensor measures the applied load, realizing closed-loop control of the fatigue testing machine and providing an emergency stop function in case of fatigue failure.
