Wire Rope Fatigue Testing Machine
Category:Torsion Testing Machine
Introduction
The Elevator Wire Rope Bending Fatigue Testing Machine is designed for fatigue performance testing of elevator wire ropes and stainless steel wire ropes. It is mainly used to determine the number of bending fatigue cycles when the first wire breaks, or when one strand or the entire wire rope specimen breaks during repeated bending fatigue tests. The machine allows presetting of the required bending fatigue cycles. When the specimen reaches the preset fatigue cycle count, the equipment automatically stops. In case of specimen breakage, the machine will also automatically stop and activate an alarm function, ensuring safe and reliable testing operation.
Standards
GB 7588 — Safety Rules for the Construction and Installation of Lifts
GB 8903 — Steel Wire Ropes for Elevators
GB/T 12347 — Method of Bending Fatigue Test for Steel Wire Ropes
GB/T 24478 — Traction Machine for Electric Lifts
Applications
The Elevator Wire Rope Bending Fatigue Testing Machine is mainly used for evaluating the bending fatigue performance, durability, and service life of elevator wire ropes.
Typical applications include:
Elevator Manufacturing Industry
Testing fatigue resistance and reliability of elevator traction wire ropes.
Wire Rope Production Industry
