Single-Phase Power Supply

Uses a 220V power supply, eliminating the need for additional industrial three-phase power (380V). It supports convenient installation and plug-and-use operation.

Continuous Production Operation

Uses mesh belt or chain conveyor transmission. Materials enter and exit in a first-in-first-out process, providing much higher efficiency than traditional batch ovens.

Precise Temperature Control

Usually equipped with PID intelligent microcomputer temperature control combined with solid-state relays (SSR), achieving temperature control accuracy of approximately ±1°C.
