Introduction

The Air Cooling Tunnel Furnace is an industrial automated cooling equipment that uses strong airflow to rapidly reduce the temperature of materials transported through the tunnel conveyor system. It is usually connected to the rear end of a high-temperature baking furnace or sintering furnace. Through forced air convection, the equipment quickly cools high-temperature products after baking to a safe handling temperature or the temperature required for the next production process, enabling continuous production line operation.

Used for rapid cooling and shaping of baked products such as pastries, bread, mooncakes, and other baked goods after high-temperature baking.

Used for cooling PCB boards and electronic components after soldering, encapsulation, or drying processes.
