Introduction
The Transformer Specialized Oven is an industrial-grade constant temperature heating equipment specially designed for insulation drying and curing treatment of power transformers, current transformers, reactors, and other electrical equipment during manufacturing and maintenance processes.
Applications
Insulation Drying:
Used to remove moisture from transformer coils and insulation materials.
Varnish Impregnation Curing:
Used for heating, drying, and curing transformer coils after insulation varnish impregnation.
Thermal Assembly Process:
Used for preheating iron cores or specific components during thermal assembly operations.
