The 80-meter long foaming furnace is an industrial-grade, ultra-long continuous thermal processing equipment mainly used for heating, foaming, and curing molding of polymer materials.The equipment adopts a segmented independent temperature control design, featuring extremely high temperature uniformity and a stable conveying system. It ensures uniform foaming of materials under long-duration and long-distance high-temperature conditions, making it a core equipment for large-scale and high-efficiency continuous production.

Used for continuous foaming of plastic sheets or rolls made of materials such as PE (Polyethylene), EVA, and PVC.

Rubber Foaming:

Used for vulcanization foaming of rubber sealing strips, insulation pipes, and foam rubber pads.

New Building Materials:

Used for continuous production of polyurethane (PU) insulation boards and exterior wall insulation materials.

Automotive Interior Materials:
