Introduction

The Automotive Interior Parts Blank Heating Furnace is an industrial-grade specialized heating system designed for the rapid and uniform heating of blanks used in automotive interior components, such as headliners, carpets, door panels, sun visors, and other interior parts before compression molding. The materials to be heated typically include PU composite boards, PP/PET fiber boards, needle-punched cotton, and other composite blanks. The furnace generally adopts infrared radiation heating or hot air circulation heating technology and serves as a key upstream process equipment in automotive interior thermoforming production lines.

Applications

Material Preheating:

Heats rigid or flexible automotive interior composite blanks to their softening temperature, improving their plasticity and forming performance.

Adhesive Activation:

Rapidly heats curing adhesives or hot-melt adhesive films inside composite materials to ensure strong bonding between layers during the molding process.

Molding Preparation:

Provides uniformly heated blanks that meet process requirements for subsequent hydraulic presses or pneumatic molding machines.

Product Parameters

Parameter Item Typical Technical Specification (Customizable According to Customer Requirements)

Heating Method Far-infrared radiation heating / Hot air circulation heating / Ceramic heating plate heating
Temperature Control Accuracy ±1℃
Furnace Temperature Uniformity ±3℃ – ±5℃
Conveyor Speed 0.5 – 15 m/min (variable frequency speed regulation)
Applicable Width 1200mm – 2600mm (supports large-size headliner materials)
Control System PLC + Touch Screen + Multi-zone Independent PID Temperature Control
Equipment Power 60kW – 240kW (depending on production capacity and material width)

Features

Rapid and Uniform Heating:

Adopts multi-zone independent matrix temperature control technology to ensure consistent surface and core temperatures throughout the entire blank, preventing local overheating or insufficient heating.

Energy Efficient Performance:

Uses high-density insulation materials and infrared electric heating elements to achieve high thermal efficiency, reducing energy consumption by more than 20% compared with traditional ovens.

Intelligent Production Line Integration:

Equipped with standard PLC interfaces, enabling fully automatic integration with front-end loading systems and rear-end compression molding machines.

Comprehensive Safety Protection:

Features multiple safety mechanisms including over-temperature alarms, smoke detection, and pneumatic emergency furnace opening systems to prevent material burning in case of unexpected power failure.
