Introduction
The Automotive Interior Parts Blank Preheating Furnace is a specialized heating equipment designed for the thermal processing of automotive interior components such as headliners, carpets, instrument panels, door panels, and other parts before compression molding.By precisely controlling the heating temperature, the furnace heats composite sheets, polymer sheets, or fabric blanks to a softened state, providing properly conditioned materials that meet process requirements for subsequent molding, thermoforming, or cutting processes.
Applications
Blank Softening:
Used for heating composite sheets such as EVA, PP, PET, and other materials into a thermoformable state.
Adhesive Activation:
Used to thermally activate hot-melt adhesives in multi-layer composite automotive interior materials.
Thermal Setting Preparation:
Provides a uniform temperature field for compression molding processes of automotive headliners, parcel shelves, sound insulation pads, and other interior components.
