Introduction
The battery film drying tunnel furnace is a high-efficiency continuous thermal processing equipment specially designed for film materials such as lithium battery electrode sheets, separators, and capacitor electrodes.It adopts a tunnel-type structure. Through precise temperature control and optimized air duct design, it can rapidly dry solvents or moisture on the surface of film materials.
Applications
Electrode Sheet Drying:
Used to remove solvents (such as NMP or water) after slurry coating on lithium battery positive and negative electrode sheets.
Separator Processing:
Used for drying or thermal modification after coating of battery separators.
Curing Treatment:
Used for thermal curing of specific battery auxiliary materials.
