Introduction
The Carbon Fiber Pre-Oxidation Tunnel Furnace is a core and critical piece of equipment in carbon fiber production lines, specially designed for the staged thermal stabilization (pre-oxidation) treatment of polyacrylonitrile (PAN)-based precursor fibers.Through precisely controlled multiple independent temperature zones, a highly uniform hot air circulation system, and strict exhaust extraction design, the equipment enables precursor fibers to undergo chemical cross-linking under specific temperature and tension conditions. The linear molecular structure is transformed into a heat-resistant ladder-like six-membered ring network structure, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent high-temperature carbonization process.
