The Chopped Strand Fiber Drying Tunnel Oven is a continuous industrial drying system specially developed for glass fiber chopped strands, rock wool, slag wool, and other fiber-based products. The equipment adopts a tunnel structure with a conveyor system to carry materials. Through precisely controlled circulating hot air penetration, it achieves efficient and uniform moisture removal while maintaining fiber structure integrity and stable product quality.

Applications

Fiber Treatment:

Used for drying surface sizing agents on chopped glass fibers and carbon fibers.

Mineral Wool Drying:

Applied for curing and dehydration of rock wool and slag wool blocks or mats.

Composite Materials:

Used for continuous drying of fiber composite substrates such as needled felt and nonwoven fabrics.
