Introduction

The Clean Tunnel Oven G-C1620 is a large-scale continuous conveyor heating system designed for clean production environments requiring long heating zones, stable temperature control, and low particle generation. The equipment adopts a PET-FILM & COVERLEN conveyor belt structure, multi-zone heating design, and vertical hot air circulation system to achieve uniform heating performance during continuous production.

The G-C1620 is equipped with an OMRON PID temperature control system, Siemens PLC control system, touchscreen operation interface, and six-channel temperature recording system. It provides accurate process control and supports MES system integration for automated production management.
