The equipment is equipped with intelligent temperature control technology. The customized temperature control range can be freely adjusted from room temperature to 500 degrees, with the temperature difference precisely controlled within ±3℃.
This design ensures that each batch of workpieces is heated evenly, completely avoiding the situation of local overdrying or incomplete drying, and provides a suitable temperature environment for workpieces of different materials.
Variable frequency conveying system, adaptable to diverse demands:
The conveying system is equipped with a variable frequency speed-regulating motor, and the conveying speed can be flexibly adjusted according to the drying requirements to meet the drying rhythm of different workpieces.
The conveyor mesh belt offers two options: PVC belt, galvanized mesh belt, stainless steel mesh belt and Teflon mesh belt, which can meet the load-bearing requirements of workpieces with different temperatures, weights and materials.
Hot air circulation is enhanced to improve the uniformity of drying:
The equipment is equipped with a highly efficient hot air circulation system, with a hot air coverage rate of over 95%, which enables the heat inside the furnace to flow rapidly and be evenly distributed.
Through hot air circulation, the temperature difference between different parts of the workpiece is further reduced, significantly improving the overall uniformity of drying and effectively ensuring the qualification rate of finished products.
Multiple safety configurations ensure production safety:
The equipment strictly adheres to industrial safety standards and is equipped with an over-temperature alarm device. When the temperature inside the furnace exceeds the set value, it will automatically cut off the heating power supply and issue an alarm to promptly avoid risks.
The furnace body adopts a double-layer insulation design, which not only reduces heat loss and energy consumption but also prevents operators from being accidentally scalded.
Internal circulation air selection:
Up-pressure air, left and right air, side-blown air, stirring air, convection, radiation, conduction, etc. According to the performance and shape of customer objects, different circulating air methods are selected to meet customer product drying needs
