The Fabric Moisture Drying Tunnel Furnace is a high-efficiency continuous drying system that utilizes infrared heating, hot air circulation, or microwave technology.It is specially designed for industries such as textiles, printing and dyeing, and nonwoven fabric manufacturing. Through a conveyor system, wet fabrics are continuously transported into the constant-temperature drying tunnel, where moisture is rapidly and evenly evaporated to achieve automated continuous drying production.

Applications

Post-Dyeing Drying:

Used for moisture evaporation and color fixation after fabric dyeing and printing processes.

Coating Curing:

Used for heating, drying, and curing surface coatings, waterproof layers, and adhesive coatings on fabrics.

Fabric Setting:

Combined with tentering and heat-setting processes, it removes internal fabric stress and evaporates excess moisture.

Nonwoven Fabric Production:

Used for hot pressing and drying processes during nonwoven fabric manufacturing.
